Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied within 30 days upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help refund you the returned items and minimise any inconvenience to you.
Please send us a message to discuss your circumstance. We can then email you a Return Label for you to fill out and include this in your return package so we can process your return as efficiently as possible. We will inform you as soon as your item has been returned to us

FAULTY OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

For items that are faulty or damaged please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the return of item/s and refund.  The cost of return postage is covered by us. Faulty items do not cover under general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric.

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS

We are unable to offer exchanges but can only offer refunds for what you paid for. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the availability at the time of exchange. Please ensure the item/s are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The cost of return postage will be at the purchaser's expense.
